Stadtviertel Hafencity mit Elbphilharmonie \u2013 Versuch, nachhaltige Bebauung, B\u00fcrgerbeiteligung, moderne Architektur und \u00f6ffentliche Fl\u00e4chennutzung in Einklang zu
