Brecht, Ballade von den Seer\u00e4ubern<\/em><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit 1987 fahren regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Kurse oder ganze Jahrgangsstufen nach Friesland, um auf dem Ijsselmeer und der Nordsee zu segeln. 20 bis 35 Teilnehmerinnen teilen sich den Platz auf den bis zu 35m langen Gro\u00dfseglern, ehemalige Frachtsegler, die zu schwimmenden G\u00e4steh\u00e4usern umgebaut worden sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Segelt\u00f6rns sind sehr beliebt weil <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wetter, Wasser und Landschaft intensiv erlebt werden <\/li><li>unser Nachbarland Niederlande vor Ort erkundet wird<\/li><li>die Stimmung auf den Schiffen immer gut ist <\/li><li>das Verh\u00e4ltnis von Lehrerinnen und Sch\u00fclerinnen kooperativ ist <\/li><li>Verantwortung beim Segeln und im Tagesablauf \u00fcbernommen wird <\/li><li>beim kochen und aufr\u00e4umen f\u00fcr die Gruppe gearbeitet wird <\/li><li>durch die extreme Enge R\u00fccksichtnahme gefordert ist <\/li><li>die Integration aller Teilnehmerinnen gut gelingt<br>und damit die Teambildung in der Jahrgangsstufe stark gef\u00f6rdert wird<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Abschlussfahrten tragen wesentlich zum Zusammenhalt der Jahrgangsstufe bei. Bei Ehemaligentreffen sind die Erinnerungen lebendig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternativen sind von der Wahl in der Jahrgangsstufe abh\u00e4ngig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
