Ronny Raphael Neufeld (Q2) geh\u00f6rt zu den 100 eingeladenen besten Sch\u00fclern NRWs<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcnf Tage lang anspruchsvolle Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Mathematik und Informatik zu l\u00f6sen \u2013 dazu kam Ronny Raphael Neufeld vom 21.-25. August gemeinsam mit 99 anderen Oberstufensch\u00fclerinnen und -sch\u00fcler aus ganz NRW ans Jugendg\u00e4stehaus in M\u00fcnster. Die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler wurden aufgrund besonderer Leistungen in den Bereichen Mathematik und Informatik ausgew\u00e4hlt an der 22. Sch\u00fclerakademie f\u00fcr Mathematik und Informatik (NRW-SMIMS) teilzunehmen. In 15 Projektgruppen arbeiteten sie unter Anleitung von motivierten Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern oder engagierten Lehrkr\u00e4ften an Spezialthemen aus Mathematik und Informatik. Gleichzeitig wurden ihnen Perspektiven f\u00fcr Studium und Beruf im Bereich Mathematik und Informatik aufgezeigt. Die Akademie wurde von der Bezirksregierung M\u00fcnster organisiert und vom Ministerium f\u00fcr Schule und Bildung, von der Gerlind und Ernst Denert Stiftung, Atruvia AG und dem Volkswohlbund als Sponsoren finanziert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ronny Raphael arbeitete mit besonderem Engagement im Projekt \u201eGesellschaftsspiele, Lego und Bodenbel\u00e4ge: Ganzzahligkeit und mathematische Strukturen\u201c mit, das thematisch sowie im Schwierigkeitsgrad und Komplexit\u00e4t weit \u00fcber den schulischen Fachunterricht hinausging. Die beeindruckenden Ergebnisse aus einer Woche Projektarbeit wurden bei einer Abschlussveranstaltung in den R\u00e4umen der Atruvia AG in M\u00fcnster pr\u00e4sentiert. Es wurde erkl\u00e4rt, wie sich Vogelschw\u00e4rme mit mathematischen Verfahren simulieren lassen, wie die Steuerung smarter Ger\u00e4te programmiert oder ein Gamecontroller selbst entworfen werden kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Woche wird Ronny Raphael und den anderen Jugendlichen sicherlich noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben, nicht nur, weil sie die Vielseitigkeit von Mathematik und Informatik kennengelernt haben, sondern auch, weil sie Kontakte zu anderen Jugendlichen kn\u00fcpfen konnten, die ihre Faszination f\u00fcr Mathematik und Informatik teilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
