Die beiden Kurse unternahmen am 20.Dezember 2022 eine Exkursion nach Mettmann, wo vor mehr als 160 Jahren der weltber\u00fchmte Neandertaler gefunden wurde.<br><br>Der Morgen im Neandertal startete mit einem Workshop, in welchem wir alte Unterrichtsinhalte auffrischten, aber auch viel neues \u00fcber die Sch\u00e4del unserer Vorfahren lernten und diese eigenst\u00e4ndig in einen Stammbaum einordneten. So gelang es uns die Geschichte der Menschheit von den Anf\u00e4ngen in den afrikanischen Savannen, vor mehr als vier Millionen Jahren bis in die Gegenwart nachzuverfolgen.<br>Darauf folgte eine F\u00fchrung im Neandertal-Museum. Die lebensgro\u00dfen Rekonstruktionen von Neandertalern und Vormenschen vermittelten uns ein Bild vom Aussehen und Leben dieser fr\u00fchen Verwandten des modernen Menschen. Viele bereits gelernte Dinge haben wir im Museum in anschaulichen Darstellungen wieder erkannt. Besonders eindr\u00fccklich war die raumgreifende Holzkonstruktion, die die Reise durch die Zeit veranschaulichte.
